This elegant, ground floor, one bedroom apartment is located right in the heart of Bournemouth and very close to the sea front. It offers contemporary accommodation with stylish furnishings to suit couples and small families alike. Accommodation comprises of a good size open plan sitting area, kitchen and dining for four persons with sofa bed suitable for one child. Very bright and comfortable one double bedroom. Bathroom with walk in shower. Limited on road parking available on first come first serve basis (unrestricted on road parking on near by roads as well as Pay and Display only a few minutes walk). Courtesy shuttle available for guests without own transport (pick up and drop off upon arrival and departure only).

Our apartments are open all year round. Please be advised that this accommodation is designed for couples and small families. We do not accept hen/stag parties and groups of young people under 25! No pets allowed. Smoking outside only.

Bournemouth eye which is a tethered balloon with large passenger carrier attached flies high above the skyline and offers spectacular views. Corfe castle is within easy travelling distance and well worth a visit.

The local beach is seven miles long and has lovely clean golden sand stretching as far as the eye can see. Poole is good for sightseeing and shopping. The Isle of Wight is only a boat ride away and again great for sightseeing.

Nearby Poole offers some great local boat trips including the Dorset lakes, Isle of Wight, and Swanage.
Shopping facilities in Bournemouth and Poole are of a high standard.
Take a trip up high in the Bournemouth Eye balloon in the town centre gardens.
The Bournemouth Gardens are a beautiful sight all summer.

In the event of cancellation or amendments of your booking, BBL is entitled to charge you as follows:- Cancellation 43 days or more before the Holiday Commencement Date deposits will be refunded however a cancellation fee of £30 will incur and will be deducted from the Initial Deposit; Cancellation between 29 and 42 days before the Holiday Commencement Date BBL shall retain the Initial Deposit; Cancellation 28 or less days before the Holiday Commencement Date BBL/Owner shall retain the Initial Deposit and reserve the right to levy a charge on for the remaining balance in full. In the event you need to amend dates of your stay or wish to change property a £18 fee will incur.
