The Oakley 
offers guests a luxury holiday in a 4 bedroomed newly renovated barn with private garden and parking. 
Sleeps at least 8~10 persons comfortably...plus 2 travel Cots and 2 additional fold out guest beds. 
The house occupies a position 
overlooking a stunning Devon valley with occasional grazing cattle. If you're wanting a place which offers calm amidst beauty, the views simply can’t be beaten...  
the owners occassionally occupy the adjoining annexe and are sometimes on hand to help in any way they can ~ or if you prefer to leave you to the privacy of your holiday.

easily caters for a large party of friends and especially families, without being in each others way... 
Masterbedroom with 6ft bed & designer ensuite, family quad room (King size bed & small double sofabed) with childrens hide-out mezzanine ~ toys aplenty, large 3rd double bedroom and, 1 nice size twin (2 x 3ft beds). Additional 2 fold out guest beds & 2 travel cots also available - to be placed in a room of your choosing. 3 bathrooms in total (2 ensuite), large kitchen & Dining area, 2 lounges. 
 
Fully equipped opulent kitchen with granite worktops, Stoves range, American fridge freezer with ice maker, 2 dishwashers, microwave, breakfast island...internet access.. 
The dining area has a XL table and folding sliding doors offering an open indoor/outdoor experience with uninterrupted country views. The blackboard/chalkboard adds an element of fun for children or as a great way of planning your holiday agenda. 
 
The relaxing  
lounge has the benefit of a multi~fuel stove fire (fireguard provided), CD & IPod docking station,  
helical staircase to 1st floor, storage cupboard, piano, library area & comfy sofas. 
The media room with large wrap around sofa has 46" LED flat screen T.V. DVD player, satellite. 
 
Outside - large patio and lawn, garden furniture, BBQ, open fire pit & enclosed trampoline, childrens playarea 
 
Egyptian Linen and Egyptian towels provided... 
the house is cleaned and linen & towels are replaced on change over days prior to arrival. A welcome pack and goodies to make your arrival & holiday even more enjoyable. Extras upon request i.e. morning paper, shopping, please let us know if there is anything in particular we can provide extra in the accomodation to make your stay more special. Welcome snack meal..games console...etc. (some extras may incur a small charge). 
We kindly ask that guests leave the property in the condition they found it in.

Garden Fire Pit Childrens play area, swings, slide etc
