The sitting room has french doors opening out onto decking to the front ideal for al fresco dining or for sitting in the sun, also to the front there is private parking in the enclosed courtyard garden area. This house has been comfortably furnished and is an ideal location for a family or perhaps two families holidaying together who like to be close to the seaside and to have all the attractions of Torbay easily reachable by car.
