Its location, above Rock Walk and facing south, features views over Torquay and across the bay to Paignton and Brixham. Maidencombe is a studio apartment with a balcony and views.

Stunning views across the bay. Living room/bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable double bed settee upholstered in cream. Double wardrobe with matching sets of drawers. Entertainment is provided by a TV with satellite. A door leads on to the outside balcony.

Kitchen 4 electric hobs with hood over, oven with grill, microwave and fridge. A white kettle and toaster is also provided. Dining A breakfast bar with 2 stools.
