Built in 1867 for the world famous engineer William Froude, pioneer of powered flotation and a major influence in ship design, the mansion has a commanding position in Cockington. The outside of the apartment is clean and bright and the building's character enhanced with colourful hanging baskets and well stocked planters. The patio area is host to the patio set, giving rise to the option to dine al fresco, as well as the antique Victorian bench, from where the stunning sea views can be truly appreciated and admired.

Newly renovated living area. Modern fittings and furnishings. A large sofa and 2 single futons. Entertainment is provided by a large TV with Digital Freeview/video/DVD player and stereo.
