Private parking space.Cot and high chair are included.Hesketh Crescent, based on the Regency ideals of London and Brighton, was completed in 1848. The Crescent (named after landowner Sir Lawrence Palk's marriage to Maria Hesketh in 1845) was built as fifteen private houses. The Balcony (No. 4) is situated on the first floor of the crescent benefitting from amazing sea views of the blue flag Meadfoot Beach and beyond. The close proximity to the beach is an obvious draw, yet this is a lovely peaceful spot within easy reach of Torquay town centre. The property does not accept children over 10 years old due to the size of the folding bed.

Spacious living room is high-ceilinged, airy and, as with the rest of the apartment, it is furnished to feel elegant and stylish. Three floor to ceiling windows, all opening out onto a wonderful balcony. 2x two seater sofas. TV with Digital Freeview, video/DVD player and a large selection of films, Sony Playstation. Free wireless broadband for guests who bring their laptop.

Kitchen Fully fitted kitchen with a 4 electric hob cooker, tall fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Washer/dryer facilities are available. Dining Far reaching sea views from the dining area. Dining table and four chairs.

Features a king sized bed, 2 bedside cabinets both with reading lamps. There is also a child sized fold up bed in the living room provided free of charge.

Fully tiled and has a monsoon shower, bath, w.c. and wash basin with mirror, light and shaver point over.  
 
[b]Outside Information[/b] 
The Balcony (No. 4) is situated on the first floor of the crescent. Intercom entrance. A private parking space. Balcony with stunning sea views. Guests are permitted to use the Osborne Hotel's health club (indoor pool, gym, sauna, excluding outdoor pool) at an extra charge payable locally.
