Step out of the front door and you are in the heart of Torquay, with its cafés, restaurants and shopping. Living Coasts, Torquay's coastal zoo, is a minute away, as is the beach at Beacon Cove and Fleet Walk shopping precinct. Located just next door to the property is the Michelin starred Elephant Restaurant where you can experience fine dining in one of the most stylish restaurants in Devon.

A three seater sofa, armchair and an antique rocking chair. Original Victorian cast iron fireplace with moulded plaster surround. Antique candlesticks and a crystal chandelier. Entertainment is provided by a TV/DVD player and hi-fi with CD, cassette and radio.  
 
[b]Kitchen Information[/b] 
Kitchen Fully fitted kitchen with a black marble effect worktop. Bosch electric oven and gas hob, built-in microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Dining A glass octagonal dining table with wrought iron stand sits in the widow, and you can watch the activity on the harbour. There are four leather backed luxury chairs, with two more in the apartment if required.

Master Bedroom Antique pine double bed with antique furniture and fittings. Fitted wardrobes span one entire wall with hanging space and shelving. Dressing table with stool looks over the patio. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom Two Includes a queen size bed, double fitted wardrobes, and antique bedside cabinet. Two contemporary beech effect double fitted wardrobes, with shelving. Antique bedside cabinet with a lamp. En-suite bathroom.  
 
[b]Bathroom Information[/b] 
En-suite to Master Bedroom Fully tiled with contemporary tiling and has a large head jungle shower plus a hand-held shower. There is also a white wash basin with mirror and W.C., and heated towel rail. En-suite to Bedroom Two White bath, W.C., and contemporary design wash basin set into a vanity unit with a marble effect top and large mirror. There is also another mirror above the bath, and a heated towel rail.  
 
[b]Outside Information[/b] 
A patio with table and chairs. A separate outside storage space for bicycles etc. There is limited on-street parking outside the property.
