Spacious apartment in the grade 2 listed Hesketh Crescent.First floor, two bedrooms, sleeping 4.Sea views from most rooms. Health facilities available (extra fee).Allocated parking space. Hesketh Crescent, based on the Regency ideals of London and Brighton, was completed in 1848. The Crescent (named after landowner Sir Lawrence Palk's marriage to Maria Hesketh in 1845) was built as fifteen private houses. No. 15 is situated at the end of the crescent closest to the sea. Set on Meadfoot Beach, this is a lovely peaceful spot yet within easy reach of Torquay town centre. 15b is a first floor apartment with dual aspect windows looking out to sea and a designated parking space inside the gated entrance to the Crescent.

Living Information
A spacious (20"; X 15";), light and airy living area. Original featured fireplace. A three seater sofa, two seater sofa and 4 armchairs. 4 tall windows letting in sunlight, with access to the balcony. Entertainment is provided by a TV and video.

Kitchen Information
Kitchen Features a washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 electric hobs with hood over, fridge, freezer, microwave and an electric oven with grill. A kettle, toaster, coffee machine and knife block ensure you have everything you need. A useful traditional airing rack is suspended from the high ceiling. Dining The dining area is in front of the window in the hallway, enjoying sea views. Comprising of a table with 4 chairs.

Sleeping Information
Master Bedroom Coastal and sea views can be enjoyed from the large window. Features a double bed with fitted headboard. A 6 door wardrobe (2 of which are mirrored), a 6 drawer chest with swivel mirror on and a wash basin with mirror and light over. Bedroom Two Contains twin beds and overlooks Meadfoot Beach. There is a bedside cabinet, wardrobe and access to the balcony via the tall window.

Bathroom Information
The bathroom's cream suite comprises a corner bath with electric shower over and shower curtain, w.c. and wash basin, as well as a mirror door wall cupboard with first aid kit.

Outside Information
No. 15 is situated at the end of the crescent closest to the sea. A designated parking space is available inside the gated entrance to the Crescent. Balcony. Guests are permitted to use the Osborne Hotel's health club (indoor pool, gym, sauna, excluding outdoor pool) at an extra charge payable locally.
