Private entrance and patio area.The Manor House is an imposing 19th Century Gothic Mansion House set in a peaceful location near the sea front in Torquay. Built in 1867 for the world famous engineer William Froude, pioneer of powered flotation and a major influence in ship design, the mansion has a commanding position in Cockington. No. 12 is a lower ground floor apartment with a patio area to the front and access to a communal indoor pool, gym and sauna.

A well furnished living area with mahogany occasional and antique furniture. 2 leather armchairs and a three seater leather sofa. Entertainment is provided by a TV, video player and books.  
 
[b]Kitchen Information[/b] 
Kitchen Equipped with an electric cooker with four gas hobs and cooker hood over, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster along with sufficient crockery and cutlery. Dining Dining table is situated at the end of the lounge next to the kitchen area. Oval shaped mahogany table and has two matching chairs, and two matching carvers.  
 
[b]Sleeping Information[/b] 
Master Bedroom Consists of a double bed with a very ornate wooden headboard. Large windows overlooking the patio and garden area and the room is light and airy. Two bedside cabinets, a three drawer unit with a luggage hold on the top, a desk, two chairs, a trouser press and two bedside lamps. Built in double wardrobe. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom Two Consists of twin beds and has the same style ornate wooden headboards Two mahogany bedside tables with lamps, a two drawer desk, a three drawer unit with a luggage hold on top, and a full length mirror. The patio doors from this room lead out onto the patio area.  
 
[b]Bathroom Information[/b] 
Main Bathroom Part tiled in black and white, and has a white suite consisting of a bath with shower connected to the taps, a low level w.c., and a wash basin. En-suite Bathroom White suite, and is part tiled with black and white tiles. There is a bath with an electric shower, a low level w.c., a wash basin, and towel rail.  
 
[b]Outside Information[/b] 
On the lower ground level with its own entrance, accessed via steps down from the parking space. Large patio doors leading to private patio area. A designated parking space. Communal gardens.
