On the South West Coastal Path with fabulous sea views across Lyme Bay, and access to a near private beach*, Monkswell Park has fully refurbished, spacious, self contained accommodation, equipped to a modern high standard with fully fitted kitchens central heating etc.

• The walk down to the beach is very steep. It can be strenuous and may also be dangerous for unaccompanied children

Monkswell Park is situated on the South West Coastal Path, and is in a very quiet rural location and yet is only around a mile and a half from Torquay town centre. There are also excellent local shops and resaurants nearby

A lounge with Digital widescreen TV/DVD Player, sterio radio/CD player with double doors leading to the patio which is complete with garden furniture sun loungers etc. A downstairs cloakroom.

FIRST FLOOR: - Adouble bedroom with fitted wardrobe and spectacular sea views. A twin bedroom, off the main entrance hall. A family bath/shower room

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GARDEN ROOMS ARE BOOKED THURSDAY TO THURSDAY HIGH SEASON; - (1st June - 30th September) £245.00 non-returnable deposit secures the required week, and is payable upon booking. An additional £105.00 per person per week is charged and is payable 30 days prior to occupation. LOW SEASON: - (1st October - 31st May) £175.00 non-returnable deposit secures the required week, and is payable upon booking. An additional £70.00 per person per week is charged and is payable 30 days prior to occupation. Total cost per week: - High season. 1 person £350.00. 2 people £455.00. 3 people £560.00. 4 people £665.00 Low Season. 1 person £245.00. 2 people £315.00. 3 people £385.00. 4 people £455.00 Monkswell Park is a non-smoking property. The property will be available for occupation around 3pm on the day of arrival, vacation please by 11am. No pets please.
