PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GARDEN ROOMS ARE BOOKED THURSDAY TO THURSDAY

HIGH SEASON; - (1st June - 30th September)
£245.00 non-returnable deposit secures the required week, and is payable upon booking.
An additional £105.00 per person per week is charged and is payable 30 days prior to occupation.

LOW SEASON: - (1st October - 31st May)
£175.00 non-returnable deposit secures the required week, and is payable upon booking.
An additional £70.00 per person per week is charged and is payable 30 days prior to occupation.

Total cost per week: - High season. 1 person £350.00. 2 people £455.00. 3 people £560.00. 4 people £665.00
Low Season. 1 person £245.00. 2 people £315.00. 3 people £385.00. 4 people £455.00

Monkswell Park is a non-smoking property. The property will be available for occupation around 3pm on the day of arrival, vacation please by 11am. No pets please.
