Witheridge is a lovely unspoilt farming village, situated on the Two Moors Way - deep in the heart of the glorious Devon countryside - perfectly located for exploring this unspoilt corner of the UK. 10 miles from South Molton, 12 from Tiverton and 12 miles from Dulverton. The village has a post office, newsagent, grocery store, beautiful church, lovely village square and two good food Inns within a two minutes walk of the cottage. Ideally located for touring Exmoor and Dartmoor - yet within easy reach to spend a day on the superb North Devon beaches of Woolacombe & Croyde.
Tiverton is a intresting town with a very good swimming pool - nearby you can enjoy the National Trusts Knightshay's Court and the heavy horse canal boat tours.
Parking - on the road directly outside the cottage - Witheridge is exceptionally quiet, with little through traffic.
