They occupy a commanding position with views across Teignmouth to the sea and the River Teign Estuary and Shaldon on the far side.

Furnished to a very high standard throughout. The living room has a bright and airy feel with a door to the balcony and views over Teignmouth. There is a large leather corner sofa with a wall mounted, remote control electric fire and attractive occasional furniture. Entertainment is provided by a 42"; flatscreen TV with a combination DVD and video player, games, videos, DVDs and CDs.

Kitchen The hi-spec kitchen features a complete range of integrated appliances including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, separate freezer, electric oven/grill, halogen hob with extractor fan, built-in microwave, kettle, toaster and a comprehensive range of utensils. Dining The kitchen/diner has a glass and chrome table with 6 leather chairs.
