				Low Season Price:	£425 per Week
				High Season Price:	£1,095 per Week

A deposit of 30% of the total booking price minus the booking fee is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
Only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted in July and August.
Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
A non-refundable £15 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
The property is non-smoking although, smoking is permitted outside,
Pets are acceptable with prior consent.
