Vacation Rental Description

A one bedroom apartment, sleeps 2/4.Excellent quality furnishings and fittings.Newly renovated.Central location.Open views across Shaldon Village and to the countryside beyond.White Lodge is a detached period house, built in the 18th century, with the Georgian bow windows that give Shaldon its character. Upper Deck, the top floor flat is spacious, light and airy, and retains the original wood beams. Natural oak doors with wrought iron hinges add a classic touch. There is one private parking space to the side of the property. Please note that there is limited head height in some parts of this property.

[b]Living Information[/b]
A large lounge/diner looking out over the village square. 1x four seater sofa bed in faux suede. Neutral and contemporary decor. Entertainment is provided by a TV with Sky satellite channels and a DVD player.

[b]Kitchen Information[/b]
Views over the River Teign and Teignmouth. A contemporary white and stainless steel colour scheme. Solid wood worktops. Electric oven and ceramic hob. Microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cafétière.

[b]Sleeping Information[/b]
There are two contemporary design bedside cabinets either side of the double bed, a matching wood and steel framed dressing table and a wardrobe.

[b]Bathroom Information[/b]
The fully tiled bathroom has a white suite comprising a corner bath with a shower attachment, wash basin with mixer taps, bathroom cabinet and a heated towel rail. A laundry basket stands in the corner for dirty clothes. The w.c. is separate with its own wash basin.

[b]Outside Information[/b]
A top floor flat, with views across the village and countryside. There is one private parking space to the side of the property, for a small family car.
