5 Bedroom Self Catering Cottage in Devon

We are south facing and hidden from the road making for a peaceful location. This is a home with plenty of room for family and friends with no queuing for the loo or bathroom, no waiting for hot water, no squashing round the table or sitting on each others laps to watch TV!! 
We are a large farmhouse with oak beamed lounge, big open fire and comfy sofas. Large, fully equipped,family kitchen with oak table,and oak beamed ceiling. A sunny conservatory to sit in and enjoy the fabulous views. A pool table to keep the "boys" happy. A downstairs w.c. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have ensuite shower rooms (1 with bath as well) and a separate w.c. and bathroom beside the 1 that is not ensuite.  
We make up all beds with duvets. We supply the first basket of logs for the fire in winter and all heating from Oct to May (out of this time a small charge will be made). 
There is a 2acre field to play in. A secure garden and a gas bbq for enjoying the balmy summer evenings more.

A very quiet and peaceful setting yet ideal for walking and touring the Lyme Bay coastline and lovely countryside of East Devon. 
Our accommodation comprises of an oak beamed lounge with a big open fire and comfy sofas, a large family kitchen, fully equipped with a table big enough for you all to sit around and an oak beamed ceiling, utility room with small freezer, second fridge and second cooker, a large sunny conservatory, a games room with pool table, downstairs cloakroom with toilet and basin. First floor comprises bathroom, separate toilet, 5 bedrooms - 1 double with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, 1 double with en-suite shower room, 2 twin with en-suite shower rooms, and 1 double, (next to separate toilet).

All beds are made with duvets. Tea towels provide. Towels only supplied to overseas guests.Small freezer. Freeview TV. Gas BBQ and garden furniture. A large 2 acre field to play in. Garden. Pool Table. Hairdryer. Cots, highchairs, stairgate. Babysitting can be arranged. Services: All fuel, (central heating from 1st October to 30th April) power, and bed linen (duvets) and tea towels included. Please note bring your own towels. There is ample parking for tidy drivers. Well-behaved friendly pets are welcome but be aware there are sheep in adjoining fields.

Seaton Tramway. National Trust properties nearby. Jurasic coast for beautiful walks, beaches and fossil hunting. 
 
Golf, fishing, riding, beaches, sailing, windsurfing and a gym are all within a 5 mile radius, whilst the coastal town of Sidmouth is 7 miles, the busy market town of Honiton, also good for antiques, is 8 miles and the historic cathedral city of Exeter is only 22 miles. Colyton itself offers horse drawn wagon trips in the summer season, a beautiful church, fine eating houses and several pubs along with a good selection of shops. We are also only 2 miles from the coast and Seaton where a pleasant tramway ride will take you along the Axe Estuary giving you the perfect opportunity to observe a vast array of bird life.
