No. 4 is a 5 star apartment on the first floor with an allocated parking space and it's panoramic views across the bay.

The living area overlooks Preston Beach and Torbay giving fantastic views. Decorated to a very high standard. 2x two seater leather sofas. Modern occasional furniture. Patio doors leading to a balcony area. Entertainment is provided by a TV, DVD player and radio/CD player.
