The beach and Paignton Esplanade are a short walk along Sands Road, as is the town centre where local amenties, as well as the Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway can be found. In the other direction, Goodrington Beach and Park are a ten minute walk away. No. 20 Tor Sands is a 2nd floor apartment with a lift and designated parking space behind a remote controlled access gate. The apartment also features a pleasant sunny balcony with 4 chairs.

The living/dining/kitchen area is large and spacious and open-plan. 2x two seater leather sofas and 2 armchairs with matching footstools. Double doors leading to the balcony. Entertainment is provided by a TV with Sky Satellite and DVD/CD player.
