Set on a private road just off the main Esplanade, there is a degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of this central location. Paignton Green and beach are literally 2 minutes away, as is the town centre. No. 31 is a first floor apartment sleeping 4.

A spacious and open plan living/dining area. Views overlooking the pool and landscaped gardens. A two seater sofa, armchair and footstool. Occasional furniture such as a coffee table which matches the dining table. Plasma TV with Higher Definition and Digital Freeview, DVD player and Playstation.

Kitchen Newly decorated kitchen with beech effect units and laminate worktops. Fully fitted kitchen featuring an electric oven with ceramic hotplates, fridge/freezer and microwave. Dining Glass dining table with four matching leather chairs.
