The centre of Paignton is a leisurely 10 minute stroll along the sea front. No. 18 is a second floor apartment with a balcony, en-suite master bedroom, lift and allocated parking.

A spacious dining/living area overlooking Preston Beach and Torbay. Decorated to a high standard. Double patio doors leading to balcony area. 2x three seater sofas. Entertainment is provided by a TV with Digital Freeview, DVD player, CD/radio. Board games are also available.
