No. 9 is a first floor apartment with a panoramic view across the beach, park and out across the bay to Brixham. At the bottom of the drive you will find the 2 designated parking spaces and direct access onto the beach.

The living area is large and light. Patio doors lead onto the balcony with outdoor seating and stunning views. 2x two seater sofas. Entertainment is provided by a TV.
