It is only a 100 yard walk across the green to the sandy beach and pier, and the Multiplex Cinema and a Wacky Warehouse indoor play area for the children. Marbella has a first floor balcony with views towards the green and pier, allocated parking space outside and luxury fittings throughout.  
 
[b]Living Information[/b] 
Floors are laminated in in the living/dining area and throughout the property. 1x three seater leather sofa and a two seater leather sofa. Modern comtemporary occasional furniture throughout. Entertainment is provided by a flatscreen TV with Digital Freeview and a DVD player.  
 
[b]Kitchen Information[/b] 
Kitchen The kitchen is of the highest quality, featuring white units with black gloss work tops. There is a double electric oven and grill, 4 gas hobs with a steel hood over, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, combination microwave, kettle and CD player/radio. Dining The dining area is within the lounge and consists of a large rectangular, modern, cream pine effect table with black glass inserts, and matching cream chairs.  
 
[b]Sleeping Information[/b] 
Master Bedroom There is a double bed, one bedside cabinet and a triple wardrobe. There is a step up leading to the bay window with a further nine drawer cabinet. Entertainment is provided with a TV and DVD player. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom Two Bedroom two is on the first floor. It is a large, light room with patio doors leading out onto a balcony with a table, four chairs, a barbecue and sea views. It has a double bed and a single bed in distressed colonial pine, one matching bedside cabinet, with a modern lamp, plus one, nine drawer unit and a triple wardrobe. There is a TV and DVD available for your entertainment. All double and single beds include oversized quilts and orthopaedic mattresses for extra comfort.  
 
[b]Bathroom Information[/b] 
Main Bathroom The family bathroom is very large with a white suite, crome accessories and a dark grey marble tile floor. There is a full size corner bath with Jacuzzi jets, a walk-in corner glass shower cubicle with an electric power shower and massage water jets, a w.c., bidet and wash basin. En-suite to Master Bedroom The en-suite has a large velux skylight allowing lots of natural light, a walk-in glass electric overhead power shower, w.c., wash basin, heated chrome towel rail and shaver point. There is a downstairs cloakroom next to the dining area, with a w.c. and wash basin.
