Barcelona is one of the three bedroom executive properties within the Priory Cottages Mediterranean collection of town houses in a central location in Paignton with restaurants, shops and bars nearby. It is only a 100 yard walk across the green to the sandy beach and pier, and the Multiplex Cinema and a Wacky Warehouse indoor play area for the children. Barcelona has a first floor balcony with views towards the green and pier, allocated parking space outside and luxury fittings throughout.  
 
[b]Living Information[/b] 
Solid oak wood floors throughout the property. 2x two seater sofas, a spiral chair and a foot stool. Modern occasional furniture throughout. Entertainment is provided by a flatscreen TV with Digital Freeview and a DVD player.  
 
[b]Kitchen Information[/b] 
Kitchen The kitchen is of the highest quality, featuring white units with black gloss work tops. Features a double electric oven and grill, 4 gas hobs with a steel hood over, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, combination microwave, kettle and CD player/radio. Dining The dining area is within the lounge and consists of a large rectangular, modern, black glass topped table with chrome legs and six high backed black leather chairs.

Master Bedroom Located on the second floor is accessed via a spiral staircase. Contains large double bed, two wicker corner bedside cabinets with two lamps, two, three drawer units in beech, with a matching eight drawer chest and double wardrobe. Entertainment is provided with a TV and DVD player. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom Two Located on the first floor and is a large, light room with patio doors leading out onto a balcony with a table, four chairs, a barbecue and sea views. A double bed in distressed colonnial pine, one matching bedside cabinet plue a nine drawer unit and modern lamps. There is a TV and DVD available for your entertainment. Bedroom Three Also on the first floor and also has a patio door leading out onto the balcony. Features bunk beds, a ten drawer unit and a dressing table. There is also a TV and DVD. All double and single beds include oversized quilts and orthopaedic mattresses for extra comfort.

Main Bathroom The family bathroom is very large with a white suite, chrome accessories and a Italian dark grey marble tile floor. There is a full size corner bath with Jacuzzi jets and a shower head, a walk-in corner glass shower cubicle with an electric power shower and massage water jets, a w.c., bidet, wash basin and towel rail. There is an dressing room off from the bathroom with two built in, walk-in wardrobes. En-suite to Master Bedroom The en-suite shower room has a large velux light allowing lots of natural light, a walk-in overhead glass electric power shower, w.c., wash basin, heated chrome towel rail and shaver point.
