Parking in garage.Pets allowed.Slipway House sits above the slipway of the Dartmouth car ferry. With its prominent position and pink rendered walls, it is one of the landmark buildings in the heart of picturesque Kingswear. It is conveniently located for the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway whose terminus is a short hop across the road and, needless to say, the foot and car ferries to Dartmouth.

Views over the river and across to Dartmouth. 2x three seater sofas and 2x armchairs. A marble fireplace with an electric fire. Occasional furniture and a music system. Entertainment is provided by a TV with digital Freeview and a DVD player.

[b]Kitchen Information[/b]
Kitchen The kitchen/diner is located on the ground floor and overlooks the slipway and the River Dart. Fully fitted with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, 2x dryers, and a dishwasher. Dining The dining area has a music system and a TV. Views overlook the slipway and river. A large dining table and eight matching chairs.

Master Bedroom Located on the top floor with spectacular views over the river. Featuring a kingsize bed and chest of drawers. Doors lead to the en-suite. Bedroom Two Overlooking Priory Gardens, this room has a double bed with matching wardrobe with drawers. Bedroom Three With river views, this room has bunk beds, wardrobe and matching chest of drawers. Bedroom Four Located on the first floor, this room features two single beds and plenty of built-in storage space.
