With its prominent position and pink rendered walls, it is one of the landmark buildings in the heart of picturesque Kingswear. It is conveniently located for the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway whose terminus is a short hop across the road and, needless to say, the foot and car ferries to Dartmouth.

Living Information
Views over the river and across to Dartmouth. 2x three seater sofas and 2x armchairs. A marble fireplace with an electric fire. Occasional furniture and a music system. Entertainment is provided by a TV with digital Freeview and a DVD player.

Kitchen The kitchen/diner is located on the ground floor and overlooks the slipway and the River Dart. Fully fitted with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, 2x dryers, and a dishwasher. Dining The dining area has a music system and a TV. Views overlook the slipway and river. A large dining table and eight matching chairs.

Bedroom Four Located on the first floor, this room features two single beds and plenty of built-in storage space.
