2 bedroom village house, sleeps 4. Newly refurbished to a high specification throughout. Stunning views across the River Dart. Balcony and private patio. Allocated parking. Woodbine House is a traditional 2 bedroom house which lies a short way up Wood Lane (a fairly steep hill) in Kingswear and overlooks the River Dart from almost every room. It has a peaceful setting and yet is only a short walk from the marina car park, where guests have designated parking, and the ferries across the river to lively Dartmouth.

Living Information
The living/dining area occupies the top floor of the house. Spectacular views over the area. 1x three seater sofa and 2x armchairs. Occasional furniture including coffee tables and reading lamps. Entertainment is provided by a flatscreen TV with digital Freeview, DVD player and Playstation. There is a selection of DVD's and Playstation games available.

Kitchen Information
Kitchen Under floor heating in the kitchen. Fully fitted kitchen with plenty of storage space and a large integral fridge, separate freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There is extra seating and a table in the kitchen area. Dining The dining area is at the far end of the living area. Features include a music system and a large table with four chairs.

Sleeping Information
Master Bathroom Located on the ground floor, with far reaching views across the river. There is a large kingsize bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a wall mounted TV with digital Freeview. Bedroom Two Situated on the first floor, this room has 2x single beds, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Views overlook the patio area.

Bathroom Information
A spacious room featuring a bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin and w.c. There is also under floor heating, a shaver point and a heated towel rail.

Balcony area with seating and stunning views across the river and towards the countryside and Dartmouth. Patio area and sun-deck. Outdoor eating area. Designated parking space in the marina car park.
