Woodbine House is a traditional 2 bedroom house which lies a short way up Wood Lane (a fairly steep hill) in Kingswear and overlooks the River Dart from almost every room. It has a peaceful setting and yet is only a short walk from the marina car park, where guests have designated parking, and the ferries across the river to lively Dartmouth.

The living/dining area occupies the top floor of the house. Spectacular views over the area. 1x three seater sofa and 2x armchairs. Occasional furniture including coffee tables and reading lamps. Entertainment is provided by a flatscreen TV with digital Freeview, DVD player and Playstation. There is a selection of DVD's and Playstation games available.

Kitchen Under floor heating in the kitchen. Fully fitted kitchen with plenty of storage space and a large integral fridge, separate freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
