Malston Mill Farm is set in one of Devon's most beautiful valleys. With six luxurious cottages overlooking landscaped gardens and one acre lake. Each cottage is luxuriously and individually furnished retaining original features, old beams, exposed stone and brickwork with four poster beds, log fires and views across the lake. The property is owned by Tony and Linda Gresham whose obvious love of gardening and tasteful attention to detail makes this holiday venue a unique experience ensuring that your stay will be enjoyed by all the family. 
 
Each cottage has a fully fitted kitchen with elecric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment. Towels, linen, duvets are provided. Cots are available in three of the cottages but please bring your own cot bedding. Electricity is included April to end of October. See our website www.malstonmill.co.uk for winter/Spring electricity tariff. Log fires and log burners are available in five of the cottages. First basket of logs complementary, further supplied at nominal charge. Champagne and flowers to greet you on your arrival.

    • Exclusive five star facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, exercise room, snooker/pool room, outdoor jacuzzi, games area with darts, skittles, table tennis, air hockey and soft play area for the under fives. Outdoor play area with swings, slide, look out tower and climbing frame, Giant Chess. Tennis Court, Fishing on the one acre lake stocked with specimen Carp, Tench, Rudd, Roach.     • Malston Mill is situated 3 miles from the beautiful estuary town of Kingsbridge, with its water frontage and interesting shops, boutiques and restaurants.  
     
    Fishing is on site with specimen carp (30lb 4oz)last years record.  
     
    We are situated just 7 miles from the sandy beaches of Salcombe. Perfectly situated to explore the various towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth. Dartmoor is a short drive away as are the many Gardens and National Trust houses. The area is a designated area or outstanding natural beauty. So many things to do and places to visit, one holiday will not be enough.

      High Season Price: £1,675 per Week
         

    A non-refundable 20% deposit is payable on booking. Balance is invoiced four weeks before the commencement of the holiday. Your holiday insurance should cover any cancellation. We will however, try and relet the cottage in such an event. Payment is by cheque payable to Malston Mill Farm or you can book online and pay via pay pal with credit/debit card.
