Benefiting from an elevated south facing position, the apartments offer superb views over Goodrington Park and Beach, across the bay towards Brixham. The sports and leisure amenities of Goodrington are right on your doorstep, whilst Paignton beach, harbour and town centre, with a range of shops, restaurants and attractions are a 15 minute walk away. Number 1 is a unique property, approached via its own large terrace overlooking the sea. A patio style door opens into the kitchen of this unique apartment, which includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a games room and a private indoor swimming pool with gym equipment and a hot tub. At the bottom of the drive you will find the 2 designated parking spaces and direct access onto the beach. 1 Vista accepts 7 day bookings with a Saturday to Saturday changeover.

A light and airy living/dining room. 1x three seater sofa, 3x armchairs, 3x pouffees. Occasional furniture in a modern and contemporary design. Entertainment is provided by a 52"; TV with full Sky Satellite channels, video/DVD player and a music system. Patio doors out onto the terrace and a door leading down to the indoor pool. A separate games room with pool table.
Kitchen Information
Kitchen Fitted to a very high standard with honey pine units affording plenty of cupboard space. It also offers a breakfast bar and stools for casual dining. It is equipped with high quality integrated appliances including electric double oven with grill, gas hobs with hood over, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combination microwave. There is also a kettle, toaster and a wide range of pans, crockery and cutlery. Dining There is a beautifully ornate glass topped, oblong dining table with 4 chairs and 2 matching carvers. The legs of the table are made from sculpted stone and are framed with iron. There are additional leather topped stools situated in the kitchen to make up the eight place settings.

Master Bedroom A large room comprising of a double bed and two single beds. Views overlooking the green and beach. Entertainment provided by a wall mounted TV. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom ThreeA double bed, bedside cabinet, a wall mounted TV and wall lights, again with views over the beach. There is an en-suite fully tiled shower room.
