Northcote Manor Farm offers you 5 beautiful, well-equipped 4* self-catering cottages set around the courtyard of an historic and peaceful North Devon farm. With 34 acres of fields and woods to explore this is a perfect spot for family holidays. We have an indoor, heated pool, indoor games room, children's playground, trampoline etc. We welcome well-behaved dogs in the cottages - 3 of which have enclosed gardens. 
 
The cottages are equipped with everything you need for a relaxing short break or longer holiday. We are open all year and this area of North Devon offers activities and attractions for all ages. We are situated on the edge of the Exmoor National Park and only a few minutes from the wonderful sandy, surfing beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde and the rocky coves of Combe Martin and Lynton on the North Devon coast.
