Four converted barns on a small working farm.
The cottages have superb views over an idyllic rural valley. Smallicombe was listed in the Domesday book of 1086 as a working farm and has remained as such over the centuries.
The cottages all have fully equipped kitchens, sitting rooms and bedrooms with either bathrooms, shower rooms or both. They sleep 2/4/6 or 8 guests in 1/2/3 or 4 bedrooms. Two of the cottages are entirely ground floor and designed to accommodate wheelchair users. These ground floor cottages, the Cider Barrel and the Granary are also family friendly having no stairs and opening out onto the garden.
The farm is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty yet close to the coast between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. This is the Juassic coast now a World Heritage site noted for its unusual fossils which you will be able to see up on the cliffs and collect from the beach.
Honiton an antiques centre is only 4 miles.
