At the front of the property there is ample off-road parking for 2 cars and 7 steps up to the front porch. To the rear of the property there is a quiet garden, mostly laid with paving and plants, with a decking area creating a pleasant sun trap.

Far reaching sea views from the living room. Modern decor and quality furnishings. Leather 3 piece suite, including 2x reclining armchairs. Entertainment is provided by an LCD TV with Freeview, combination DVD/video player, DAB radio/CD player, a range of DVD's and books.

Kitchen Spacious kitchen/dining area. A fully- equipped kitchen containing a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, along with a Foreman Grill, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. Dining A circular glass and metal table with comfortable seating for 4. Portable TV.
