    - A deposit of 30% of the total booking price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. - For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card. - We accept short breaks (min. 3 nights) unless otherwise stated. - A non-refundable £15 booking fee is applicable to all bookings. - All properties are non-smoking, although, smoking is permitted in outside areas on some properties. - Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
