This luxury riverside two bedroom first floor apartment has just completed a comprehensive renovation programme and the quality of the finish is superb. The accommodation comprises of: an open plan 20ft kitchen/living room, integrated fridge/freezer, washer-drier, two double bedroom and a luxury four piece shower room with under floor heating. There are two outside balconies where you can sit with your morning coffee and just take in those stunning views. There is no better place to be during Regatta week as this apartment offers ringside/royal box style viewing of the whole event!

- A deposit of 30% of the total booking price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
- For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
- We accept short breaks (min. 3 nights) unless otherwise stated.
- A non-refundable £15 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
- All properties are non-smoking, although, smoking is permitted in outside areas on some properties.
- Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
