Attractive three bedroom bungalow with one double bed with en-suite and twin bed room and another double bedroom sharing a second bathroom. En-suite has shower and separate WC,other bathroom has bath, shower and WC. A hallway with door separates the en-suite from other two bedrooms. The bathroom and kitchen have recently been completely re-modelled.
The kitchen is fully equipped with four ring electric ceramic hob and electric oven, large refridgerator,dishwasher and clothes washer. There is a clothes dryer in the conservatory at rear of house. The conservatory is a large very pleasant room facing rear garden and patio door to the garden and has two seater sofa and two easy chairs plus a log fire effect electric heater.
There is also a table with chairs in this room.
The dining room has seating for eight with hatchway to kitchen. There is a living room adjoining dining room with TV, DVD,radio and tape player.There are numerous books and games.
The sofa in conserv. opens to double bed if needed. There is also a Z bed in front twin bed room.
Wi-fi included and a payphone is in the hallway.
There is parking for two cars on front driveway. There is a gate at front of property and there is a gate to rear garden. the rear garden is very private and fully enclosed but with views to the National Trust land. Garden furniture includes table and chairs and deck chairs.
The bungalow is on a cul-de-sac road and is very private.
There are night storage heaters and electric wall panel heaters.

Tennis courts are a short walking distance as is horse riding, trails and hiking. The walks on Baggy Point are exceptional with wonderful views out to sea and Lundy Island. Trips to this Island are available from Ilfracombe (10 miles away) The Cascades and swimming pools are a short walk/drive near the beach in Croyde.
Croyde has a beautiful sandy beach with dunes and the best surfing in Britain.
There are golf courses within short drive- the championship course at Saunton Sands (2 miles) and the regular course there also.
Croyde village has an interesting variety of shops plus post office and several good eating places.
Barnstaple is an old market town (10 miles away) and offers first class shopping, cinema,theatre and guided tours of the town itself. The new bypass road enables easy access to Northam ,Appledore and Bideford, bypassing the town of Barnstaple.
