On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and bathroom with shower over the bath. The cottage has a rear courtyard with barbeque and outside furniture. Gas central heating, electric and bed linen included (except for travel cot).

all-round location. Just a short stroll from the bustling quayside of this vibrant fishing village, are its varied restaurants (fish a speciality in many), plenty of pubs, array of shops, art galleries and maritime museum. From the quayside are fishing trips, ferries to Instow and river cruises. A regular Bus service runs to Barnstaple. Westward Ho! (2 miles) has a long stretch of sand and good surf.

Also of interest nearby are: The Big Sheep farm park, The Milky Way activity park, Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor, Tarka cycle trail and footpath. The Heritage port of Bideford (2 miles away) operates boat trips to Lundy Island.

Cottage Rental Rates Low Season Price : £290 High Season Price : £475 per Week

19th April to 3rd May 2008 £290 per week 3rd May to 24th May 2008 £315 per week 24th May to 31st May - Booked 31st May to 14th June 2008 £330 per week 14th June to 19th July 2008 £390 per week 19th July to 30th August 2008 £475 per week 30th August to 27th September 2008 £290 per week A deposit of 25% of the cost of the holiday must be received within 7 days of receipt of the booking confirmation. Deposit is non refundable. The Guest is responsible for the balance of the cost of the holiday. This shall be paid not later than 42 days before the booking is due to commence.The cottage owners reserve the right to re-let any holiday where any monies due are more than 14 days in arrears whereupon any monies paid by the Guest over and above the non refundable deposit will be refunded. However if the cottage owners are unable to re-let the holiday the Guest will remain liable for the outstanding balance of the cost of the holiday.
