The cottage is entered via a gated mediterranean courtyard. On the ground floor there is a conservatory style dining room with french doors opening onto south facing balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. The property benefits from an AGA which can be used as a supplementary cooker. The lounge has seating for six including a sofa bed, TV, DVD and Digi-box. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. One is a double the other a twin. There is a fully fitted four piece bathroom with electric shower over bath.
There is an adjacent self contained apartment sleeping two which is also available, at certain times of the year,bringing the sleeping capacity to eight maximum. (There is a lockable connecting door between the two properties.

A thirty percent deposit is paid at time of booking with the balance being paid no later than six weeks prior ro arrival. If late booking the full amount is payable at time of booking and prior to arrival. A security and breakages deposit is required of £350.00. Cancellations are reviewed on the basis of cancellation and are at the descretion of owners.
