Vacation Rental Description
The cottage has been newly built and furnished to a very high standard. High oak beamed ceilings, comfortable double/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with jet shower). The kitchen is fitted with integral fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and oven/hob. Rose Cottage is located next door to our hotel, where you will be able to book a lunch or evening meal in our licensed restaurant. If you don’t fancy cooking breakfast, why not join our guests for a full English Breakfast (for a small extra charge). 
 
We have a cot and highchair available, at no extra charge. The comfortable sofa in the lounge, opens out to a kingsize sofabed. This offers a very convenient option for small families, which we have accommodated many times.  
 
We are ideally located for a relaxing holiday. We are only 1½ miles, from a 95 mile stretch of coastline between Exmouth in East Devon and Swanage in Dorset, which has been declared a World Heritage Site, because of its wealth of prehistoric remains. The Jurassic Coast, as it is known, is considered to be the only place in the world displaying unbroken evidence of 185 million years of evolution. The coastline has many miles of picturesque footpaths. To the West of Branscombe, Beer and Sidmouth and to the East is the historic town of Lyme Regis.

    BOOKING CONDITIONS Please read carefully Payments details The full balance of this reservation is due 4 weeks before your arrival date. Payment can be made by cheque (made payable to R & H Holiday Lets) or by Credit Card (made over the phone if you prefer). In the event of the hirer making a cancellation, you must notify us in writing. If the cancellation is received more than 4 weeks before the arrival date, the booking fee may be forfeited. Cancellations received within 4 weeks of the arrival date will not be entitled to a refund unless we can re-let the cottage. Booking Fee This is £50 per week and should be paid upon booking. Payment can be made as shown above. Checking in/out Reservations are from 3pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10.30am on the Saturday of departure. Other information The owners reserve the right to enter the cottages at any reasonable time for purposes of inspection or maintenance.
