The cottage is well equipped with a kitchen diner, washing machine, dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single with a small double sofa bed in the lounge
There is a wonderful garden with a patio, gravel terrace, and huge grass area with slide and swings. There is also a hammock to lie and relax and while away a peaceful afternoon. The garden leads up to Anchoring Hill where you can take a lovely walk along the River Otter or just admire the fantastic view.
The Heritage coast path is 10 minutes walk and ther is a great choice of beaches nearby; Ladram bay is less than a mile away, The pretty town of Sidmouth is 3 miles with a nice sandy beach. Budleigh salterton has a huge pebble beach and Exmouth has miles of sand and lots of beach activities and facilities.
There are plenty of holiday activities nearby, Bicton Park with botanical gardens and indoor and outdoor play areas is less than a mile away. Crealy adventure park, The world of country life,Steam trains and dartmoor are other activities and easy access to many other attractions in Devon and the south west.
