Farnborough is a pretty three bedroom late Victorian terraced villa about 400 yards from Brixham town centre and the harbour. It has an elevated position with fantastic sea views across the bay from the two large, front bay windows. The house has many of it's original features, with an open fire in the lounge, room, stripped wooden floors, and large sash windows, the house is full of character. Farnborough has recently been re-furbished and kitted out. . It provides comfortable and versatile accommodation with 2 double and 1 twin bedroom. The bathroom is new and there are 2 separate wc's to make life easier. Outside at the back of the house is an enclosed courtyard an ideal spot for a BBQ. From here, through a small gate, steps take you up to the first seating area. This area has a fence around it for safety, and is a pleasant place to sit. Steps go up to a second sunny deck. Within the Torbay area there is walking, beaches, sea shore pool for swimming.

A deposit of £200 is to be paid on booking, and the rest 4 weeks before your holiday date. The house is available for long weekend rentals outside of school holiday periods at two thirds of the weekly rate.
