A 2 minute leisurely walk takes you down to the harbour and to Brixham centre where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located. In the other direction, the Breakwater and beach are a few minutes walk.

Refurbished to a high standard. Far reaching sea views. A three seater and a two seater leather sofa. TV with Digital Freeview and DVD/CD/video player.

Kitchen A well equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. Dining Dining table with five chairs.

Master Bedroom Located on the second floor with a double bed, wardrobe and views across the bay. Bedroom Two Located on the first floor with marina views, there is a double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom Three Located on the first floor there is a single bed and matching wardrobe and chest of drawers.
