Converted from a boat builder's yard, it is often featured in tourist photographs of Brixham harbour. Positioned in the corner of the harbour, you can relax and enjoy the holiday atmosphere of the harbour from any of the three balconies. The property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard with neutral décor, solid wood floors throughout and contemporary lighting.

Located on the first floor, the living/dining/kitchen area is open-plan which gives a spacious feel. From the living area, patio doors lead to the balcony. Decorated to a high standard. A three seater sofa and an armchair. Entertainment is provided by a 32"; Plasma flatscreen TV with Digital Freeview and DVD player. Free secure wireless internet access is available for guests who bring their own laptop.

Kitchen A modern and contemporary kitchen which has been designed with glass-fronted steel units and marble effect worktops. Fully fitted with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and electric oven with gas hobs. There is a small utility cupboard located in the hallway which has the washing machine. Dining Dining table with six leather chairs.

Master Bedroom A double bed with matching storage furniture. 15"; Plasma flatscreen TV with DVD player. Doors lead to a walk-in dressing room with a dressing table, chair and further storage. Double patio doors lead to the balcony with it's panoramic views across Brixham. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom Two Doors leading to the balcony and is located on the ground floor. Featuring a ";zip and link"; King-sized bed, which can be converted into two singles if required.
