2 bedrooms, sleeps 4.En-suite master bedroom. Luxury apartment overlooking Brixham Marina. Designated parking space.Level walk to the centre and the beach.Moorings Reach is a luxury development of apartments and houses directly on Brixham Marina and harbour in Brixham. It is the ideal place to relax and watch the boats enter and leave the harbour whilst enjoying the high standard of internal décor throughout. Brixham centre is a few minute's leisurely walk along the water's edge, as is the Breakwater Beach in the other direction. No.3 is an apartment within a few feet of the water, with a designated parking space, balcony and en-suite master bedroom. There is level access from the entrance. Unfortunately no children are allowed at this property.

The living area is spacious and decorated to a high standard. Patio doors and a balconette overlooking the water. 2x two seater sofas and an armchair. Occasional furniture throughout. Entertainment is provided by a TV with Sky Satellite channels, DVD player, CD/radio, books, board games and a chess set.

Kitchen A fully fitted kitchen featuring a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, electric double oven with hob and hood, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and cafetiere and blender. Dining The dining area includes a light wood oblong table with glass inset with 4 chairs. Double doors lead to the kitchen area.

Master Bedroom Features a black metal framed double bed and a integrated sliding door wardrobe, bedside tables and a full length mirror. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom Two The second bedroom has twin beds with white metal headboards.

Main Bathroom The main bathroom includes a wash basin, w.c., and bathroom with electric shower over and a folding shower screen, as well as 2 door cupboard and mirror. En-suite to Master Bedroom Features a corner shower, w.c., and wash basin in cream with gold details. There is also a heated towel rail and a shaver point.
