The property is situated on the third floor of a crescent enjoying far reaching views over the marina and the bay. Set back from the waterfront, it allows degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of the location between the beach and the town centre. Brixham centre is a few minutes' leisurely walk along the harbour to where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located.

The living/dining area is spacious and light with views across Torbay. Patio doors lead onto the balcony area which features outdoor seating. Decorated to a high standard. A three seater sofa, two seater sofa and an armchair. Occasional furniture to include coffee tables and an ornamental fireplace surround. Entertainment is provided by a TV with video, CD/mini-disc/radio player. There are videos available for guests to use.
