The spacious living room is located on the ground floor, with a large window providing panoramic views across Brixham harbour and marina, and further afield to Torquay. As with the rest of the property, the lounge is decorated to a high level with leather 2 and 3 seater settees, wicker chair and mosaic stone fireplace. Entertainment is provided by a TV, video and radio/CD/cassette, with some CDs, magazines and board games.

Master Bedroom Located at the front of the property on the ground floor. Decorated in a pine scheme, it has pine twin beds with a wardrobe and drawer unit between the beds. Bedroom Two Views across the harbour and marina. Features a pine double bed with drawer units either side, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Entertainment is provided by a TV and DVD combi player. Bedroom Three Has pine twin beds, a 3 drawer unit and a built in wardrobes.  
 
[b]Bathroom Information[/b] 
The first floor bathroom includes a white suite consisting of a wash basin, w.c., and bath with shower taps and a folding shower screen, as well as a mirror and light and shaver point.

The property includes an adjacent garage (width 2.5m. by 4.7m.). At the rear of the property there is a garden area with a table and 5 chairs where the spectacular views can be appreciated.
