This peaceful location provides the ideal place to relax and unwind on your holiday, whilst retaining the convenience of a central location. The town centre of Brixham is within a five minute walk down the hill.

[b]Living Information[/b]
Large windows allow sweeping sea views across Brixham and the harbour area. 2x three seater sofas and an armchair. Entertainment is provided by a TV with Sky Satellite and a DVD player. There is a separate games room which features a pool/snooker table and further seating. There is also a TV/video and board games.

[b]Kitchen Information[/b]
Kitchen The kitchen is light, bright and airy with a stone slab floor, Beech units and a breakfast bar. Well equipped with an electric oven with grill, gas hobs, microwave/grill, a dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is also a light pine kitchen table and four chairs for extra dining space. A utility room next to the kitchen features a large fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Dining An elegant room with a large rectangular mahogany dining table with six matching chairs and two carvers.

Master Bedroom Located on the first floor with a double bed and large windows with panoramic views. There is a triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom Two This room has the same sweeping views and comprises of twin beds and chest of drawers. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom Three Located on the second floor and has twin beds, chest of drawers and a chair. Bedroom Four This room has a single bed, and an additional Z Bed if required. There are also a chest of drawers and wicker chair.

Main Bathroom Features a bath with an electric shower, w.c. and wash basin. En-suite to Master Bedroom Walk in double shower, wash basin and w.c. En-suite to Bedroom Two A double walk in shower and a wash basin.

A large unfenced terraced patio area at the rear of the property. Outdoor furniture and seating. Views across the harbour and towards Lyme Bay. Designated parking at the rear of the property on the driveway for two medium sized vehicles. Additional parking is available by prior arrangement.
