Handy carport under the property with plenty of off street and on street parking. 7 Marina Court is a town house accessed via a private road with a carport underneath the building and one small step over to gain access through the door. As well as the private car port there is ample on street and off street parking in the area. The area surrounding the property is a very peaceful part of Brixham. The house offers true peace and quiet with excellents sea views. However, the centre, with it's many restaurants and amenities, is a 20 minute walk away providing you with the best of both worlds: a great location for a relaxing quality holiday. Living Information: There are stunning uninterrupted views of Paignton and Torquay and beyond. The balcony also overlooks the very well maintained communal gardens. The light and airy kichen/diner/living room area is located on the first floor and is accessed from the entrance hallway on the ground floor via 14 cream carpeted stairs. The whole space has been tastefully decorated throughout in neutral cream tones with cream carpeting throughout the lounge and dining area for added comfort. There is a three seater sofa and matching chairs in the living area along with matching brown cushions. Other furniture includes a mahogany occasional table, solid wood bureau and a solid wood display cabinet that is located near the base of the stairs. In one corner by a large full length window is a glass TV stand housing a silver flat screen TV along with a Freeview box, DVD player and video recorder. Large patio doors lead out onto a terracotta-tiled balcony with frosted glass safety rail.
Dining The dining area is situated in the middle of the light airy kitchen/dining/living area on the first floor. Within this area is a contemporary glass table with wooden seats enough to accommodate up to six guests. Sleeping Information: Master Bedroom has a double bed with a built in double wardrobe with plenty of storage space. There are also two wooden chairs and a cabinet with remote control portable TV. A large window looks out onto a handy decked area with steps down to the well-maintained communal garden. There are also distant views across to Paignton and Torquay. Bedroom Two Benefits from a large window running the length of one wall affording pleasant rooftop views with some sea glimpses. This is a twin room with two single beds separated by a handy cabinet. There are two separate up-lighter reading lights, a built in double wardrobe, occasional padded chair in red upholstery and a single chest comprising of two drawers. Bedroom Three The most prevalent feature of this room is its stunning uninterrupted views across to Paignton and Torquay and over the well-kept communal garden. These views are enjoyed via large bedroom windows that are situated the length of the rear wall. There is a double bed with metal bed-head and two bedside tables. Furniture included two bedside tables, chest of three drawers, reading lights and a two-seater sofa and foot stool.

Kitchen Information: The kitchen has a number of appliances including: electric oven with grill, separate electric hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, toaster and kettle.
Bathroom Information:It is fully tiled and lit via a skylight. The colour of the suite is mainly cream with a subtle pinkish tint. In this room there is a low flush WC, bath with electric over the bath shower and shower screen and washbasin. There is a towel rail and mirror over the washbasin as well as cupboards running along the length of one wall that adds for extra storage. The ground floor has a cloak room with a low flush WC and wash basin with integral cabinet and mirror positioned above.
