Grockle Nook is a 5 star totally private deluxe Self catering apartment. Perfect for those that just want to chill out, or have a romantic getaway. Central to all amenities & Local attractions including wonderful restaurants & pubs. Great for those that want to explore or ramble using The National Trust coastal paths. Enjoy the breathtaking views from Brixham Harbour looking across the bay, with Several fantastic sandy Beaches near by. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possible need.We supply at no extra cost,all kitchen linen, Egyptian Cotton towels & Bed linen.We also supply free to all our guest, Tea ,Coffee, Milk, Hot chocolate, a selection of herbal teas, a box of biscuits, Bread, fresh flowers, fresh fruit & A box of chocolate waiting in the apartment for your arrival. All you need to bring is your toothbrush, clothes and yourselves. There is always someone available to give help and advice whenever needed. Bedroom/Living Room Information 
 
The open plan bedroom/Living room is light and airy with a very comfortable Super King size bed, luxury bedding with lots of pillows and memory foam mattress toppers for the best nights sleep. There is also a large cream leather corner sectional sofa bed to accommodate any addition guest. This room will sleep up to 4 maximum. A 32" Flat screen TV with a multi regional DVD player & selection of DVD’s. Midi HiFi digital CD player/radio, WiFi Internet access. Ample Storage Space with one double & one single wardrobe with plenty of wooden coat hangers. Overhead storage and additional storage in two small chest of draws. A selection of books, magazines, board games, tourist maps and tourist information pamphlets of places of interest. Long free standing dressing mirror. A book case, small tables and lamps. Decorate with framed picture of old Brixham giving it that home away from home feeling. Overhead spotlights. A large window overlooks the private courtyard. Plenty of electrical outlets. 
 
Bathroom Information 
 
Modern fully tiled bathroom with slat tiled flooring. A shower cubical with an electric shower providing instant hot water. A non slip mat is provided for your safety. A modern wash basin and W. C. A beautiful stainless steel & glass double towel storage rack holds luxurious Egyptian cotton towels & washcloths for the upmost comfort.A large tilt mirror & a glass shelf are allocated over the wash basin. The bathroom also contains an extractor fan and halogen spot lights & a powerful crhome/glass overhead light. It contains the essentials including, small stainless steel pedal bin, shaver point and a hair dryer. With a basket of complimentary toiletries this is a bathroom to be continually enjoyed throughout your stay, weather freshening up after a long journey or treating yourself to a bit of TLC.  
 
Kitchen Information  
 
The modern kitchen has solid cherry wood shaker style cabinets and is fully equipped with a full free standing indersit oven/grill with 4 hobs, microwave and a fridge/freezer. It also contains a toaster, clothes horse, and a coffee grinder.Also including are all the essentials including cooking utensils,utensils, tea towels, dish cloths & a safe for all your valuables. With a dinning table that comfortably sits four. This is a perfect kitchen for easy cooking, wining and dining and those romantic meals for two. The washing machine and dryer are available for use by the guests and are allocated in the next door utility room,which is easily accessed from the apartment.

Grockle Nook is a totally private self contained, Self catering Studio Apartment that sleeps a total of 4 maximum. The interior has been fitted & furnished to the highest of standard's with only your comfort in mind. Fully equipped with full central heating throughout. Nestled in a private courtyard with free off road private parking directly outside( NO STEPS).This beautiful apartment is situated in a peaceful location but still ideally located for the town centre and its famous Harbour. All the rooms of the apartment are on the ground level(except for one small step down into the kitchen/dining area)A visitor using a walking aid should have no difficulty in gaining access to the apartment & it's rooms. The apartment sleeps 2 adults very comfortably on a super king size bed & able to accommodate 2 others on either the large cream leather sofa bed or 2 single beds that can be arranged on request.

Stroll around the harbour side & watch the fishermen unload their daily catch. Grocklenook is situated in a ideal location for exploring. Just 10 Min's walk to the harbour, you can enjoy a deep sea fishing trip or a ferry ride to either Torquay or Dartmouth taking in the beautiful coastline. Nearby Berry head country park boasts spectacular views across the bay with the ruins of a Napoleonic fort as your backdrop. Why not take a walk on Dartmoor National park, stop for lunch at a country pub or just relax & soak up the sun on one of the beautiful sandy beaches. Spend the day at the water park or a day playing golf on the local go;f caorse which is 5 min's away. Have great fun go-carting, or take a steam train ride along the coast to Dartmouth. There is a large variety of restaurants, pubs, local attractions & night life. SOMETHING FOR EVERBODY

				High Season Price:	£500 per Week

A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a booking.The remaining balance is due six weeks before the arrival date.For bookings arriving within the six(6) week period,payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.Credit card payments will incur a 2.95% service charge(through Pay Pal).All rates are based on two(2)adults sharing.Children under 12 are free.A minimal extra charge will be incurred for each additional adult guest.Only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted in July and August (Friday to Friday if previously agreed with by the owner at the time of making your booking).our bookings are only available on a Weekly basis In our busy period (July and August)no short breaks will be accepted within this period.Short breaks(min 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year.
