Vacation Rental Description
THE PROPERTY
Grade II listed Georgian house, situated on West Quay in the conservation area, with magnificent views over the estuary. It is well furnished for the discerning visitor, and comprises, gas central heating, double glazing, and two bathrooms. We, the Foley family, use Waters Reach often, and let out the odd weeks that we are not in Appledore, we wish you a happy time and hope you enjoy your holiday as much as we always do.
Ground floor
Dining Room, with period furniture, six chairs (two carvers). Table (please make sure you cover with plenty of mats when in use) a Z-bed if required. Views over estuary.
Kitchen, fully fitted, with, fridge, 2 micro waves, gas cooker, dish washer, and a breakfast room off, with washing machine. Then a Shower room fully tiled off that.
First floor
Drawing Room, with fantastic views. Period furniture, coloured T.V. and video. Comfortable sofa, surprisingly, converts into a very comfortable double bed.
Bathroom, fully fitted, Bath, etc.
Second floor,
Master Bedroom, again fabulous views , double bed, T.V. and plenty of cupboard space.
Second Bedroom, twin 3ft beds, wardrobe space, views over rooftops to gardens below.
(Linen and towels are not included. You may need, sheets, towels, 2 single duvet covers, 2 double duvet covers, pillow cases, wiping up cloths, and maybe table cloths and napkins
Our housekeeper,Corinne, will make up the beds if you choose this service. There is a fee that you arrange with her direct.
Dogs are allowed downstairs only
