And the Manor's location, being on the Devon and Cornwall border, means that there is a perfect opportunity to discover the best of both counties.

An open-plan, spacious and light living area located on the first floor. - Large pictire window and patio doors that open out onto the balcony. - Balcony includes outdoor furniture. - 3x three seater sofas, TV with DVD/MP3 player.

Kitchen - A fully fitted kitchen featuring an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. Dining - Located within the kitchen/diner area on the first floor. - A large dining table with eight leather chairs.
