On site, Honicombe is packed with many leisure facilities including a superb heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool, children's play area, fitness centre, relaxing sauna, restaurant and bar. The spacious site layout, large grounds and surrounding beautiful countryside make the location perfectly tranquil and an ideal base for exploring the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and also a World Heritage Site. And the Manor's location, being on the Devon and Cornwall border, means that it is perfectly placed for discovering the best of both counties. During July and August a number of day trips can be booked via reception including canoeing, moorland walks and rock climbing on nearby Dartmoor. Please note that towels are not included at this property.

An open-plan and spacious living area. Large front facing windows allow plenty of light into the property. Doors lead onto the private patio area which includes garden furniture. 2x three seater sofas. Entertainment is provided by a TV.

Kitchen A fully fitted kitchen featuring an electric cooker, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining Located within the kitchen/diner area. A large dining table with six chairs.

Sleeping Information
Master Bedroom Features a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom Two 1x twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom Three 1x twin beds, large wardrobe and bedside drawers.

Bathroom Information
The family bathroom features a bath with electric shower, wash basin and heated towel rail. There is a separate w.c. and wash basin. Please note that towels are not provided at this property.
