The property is ideally located in the centre of Cornwall on the south coast. There are three bedrooms, a large bright, spacious lounge, fitted kitchen, and washing machine (God Forbid, your on holiday !!) and the whole house is comfortably furnished. The Eden Project is just three miles away, the coast just one mile and easy walking distance, such as all the restaurants, Pubs and cafes at Charlestown, the home of the square-sail ships, just a 15 minute walk. No need to take the car. 
 
There are lovely walks in this area, two Golf courses ( Porthpean and Carlyon Bay), riding stables, sports centre, tenis courts and the north coast just a 20 minute drive. 
 
FREE WATERSPORTS EQUIPMENT USE WITH BUOYANCY AIDS (but please ensure all are suitably qualified) USE OF: 
 
1. SIT-ON KAYAKS,(ONE DOUBLE AND TWO SINGLES). 
2. TWO WINDSURFERS. 
3. FOUR BOOGEY BOARDS. 
4. TWO 'STAND UP' SURF BOARDS. 
 
We are also an RYA powerboat school, and hence residential courses are possible. 
We can taylor a complete adventure week for you if you so wish to include windsurfing, sailing, Kayaking, surfing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, ringo rides , banana rides,Power boat rides, RYA powerboat courses, pleasure boat trips and microlight trips through Cornish aviation. There is ample tools and space for repair of equipment should those who bring there own boat / watersports equipment need to service it. Further details outdoors: The parking facilities are excellent and those bringing equipment with them will have no problems parking it.
