The Salt Lodge is a three storey grade 2 listed house in the heart of popular Downalong seconds away from Porthwidden beach and the harbour making it an excellent choice for winter breaks as well as fabulously convenient summer holidays on the beach.It has recently been completely refurbished to the highest standard offering excellent familly accomodation with a real home from home approach . The Salt Lodge offers four bedrooms (sleeping 9 people in total).

    Payment For bookings made within 2 months of your holiday start date, please pay the full amount plus damage deposit. For a booking made more than 2 months before your holiday start date, please provide a deposit of one third of the rental cost. The balance plus the deposit is then due 2 months prior to the holiday start date. Balance Payment Upon payment of the deposit and subject to acceptance of the booking, the applicant becomes liable for the balance of the rent 2 months before the holiday start date. Damage Deposit All bookings are accepted on the condition that the property is left clean and tidy and all breakages or any damage will be paid for by the person who made the booking. The damage deposit less any cost returned to you within 2 weeks. Cancellation administration costs of £50. If the property is not re-let for any reason, the original Hirer is liable for the whole of the rental amount. no pets no smokers
